Koch Announces Name Changes
Koch Industries, Inc. would like to announce that Koch Refining
Company, L.P., Koch Oil Company, and Koch Supply & Trading
Company, have been consolidated and will be called "Koch Petroleum
Group, L.P." effective January 1, 1999.
The Internal re-alignment of the Koch Petroleum Group will not
result in any change of control of these companies, as Koch Petroleum
Group, L.P. will continue to be an indirect, wholly-owned affiliate
of Koch Industries, Inc. Furthermore, this reorganization will not
affect our physical operations in any way. All existing contractual
agreements will remain in place and will simply be assigned to and
assumed by Koch Petroleum Group, L.P. The Koch representatives
with whom your organization has had contact will not be affected by
this change either.
